Acceptance of terms

QueueTip is a product operated by CetePay, Inc., a Delaware corporation. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Service. The “Service” means QueueTip, including its website, applications, and related services offered under the QueueTip brand. In these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to CetePay, Inc., a Delaware corporation.

By creating an account, clicking to accept these Terms where presented, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms (and our Privacy Policy) with CetePay, Inc.. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

QueueTip does not guarantee any immigration outcome, timeline, or decision.

If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” includes that organization.

Eligibility and account registration

You must be at least the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction (and at least 16 unless local law requires a higher minimum) to use the Service. You represent that the information you provide at registration is accurate and that you will keep it updated.

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at legal@queuetipapp.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may refuse registration, suspend accounts, or require additional verification when we reasonably believe it is necessary for fraud prevention, security, or legal compliance.

User responsibilities

You agree to use the Service only in compliance with applicable law and these Terms. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of information you submit, including any immigration-related data, documents, or notes you store in QueueTip.

You are responsible for ensuring that any receipt numbers or case information you enter are accurate and lawfully obtained.

You understand that government agencies make final decisions on immigration matters. You must independently verify filing instructions, fees, forms, deadlines, and eligibility requirements using official USCIS, Department of State, or other authoritative sources.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the Service. Without limiting other remedies, you agree not to:

  • Violate any law or third-party right.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or underlying systems.
  • Probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities; bypass security; or interfere with service operation.
  • Use bots, scrapers, or automated means to access the Service except as we expressly permit (e.g., documented APIs).
  • Upload malware, harass others, or distribute unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where prohibited by law.
  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without our written consent.

Informational purposes only

QueueTip is a private product operated by CetePay, Inc. and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by USCIS, DHS, or the U.S. government.

The Service provides organizational tools, educational summaries, links to official resources, and similar informational features. Content may include explanations of common processes, checklists, or product-generated suggestions. Such content is for general information only and may not reflect the latest government guidance.

You may not rely on QueueTip as a substitute for professional legal representation where your situation requires legal judgment, strategy, or advocacy.

Accuracy of platform content

We strive to maintain a high-quality product, but we do not warrant that any content within the Service is complete, current, or error-free. Government rules, forms, fees, processing times, and interpretations change frequently.

QueueTip does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or continued availability of third-party or government information accessed through or referenced by the Service (including USCIS case-status systems and other government data sources, links, or embedded summaries).

Subscriptions, billing, renewal, and cancellation

Certain features may require a paid subscription or one-time purchase. Fees, taxes, and billing cycles will be presented at checkout or in your account billing area. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor (for example, Stripe); their terms and privacy policy also apply to payment transactions.

Subscriptions may renew automatically until you cancel through the billing tools we provide or through your payment provider where applicable. If you cancel, you may retain access through the end of the current paid period unless stated otherwise.

We may change pricing or plan features with reasonable notice where required by law. Failure to pay may result in downgrade, suspension, or loss of access to premium features.

Free and premium features

We may offer a free tier with limited functionality and paid tiers with additional tools. Feature availability may change over time. We do not guarantee that any particular feature will remain free or paid indefinitely.

Intellectual property

The Service, including software, visual design, trademarks, documentation, and curated content (excluding your User Content—defined below), is owned by CetePay, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial immigration planning purposes, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

User content and license to process

You may submit text, numbers, files, or other materials (“User Content”) to the Service. You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant CetePay, Inc. a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, process, display, and transmit User Content solely to operate, secure, improve, and provide the Service—including creating backups and derived analytics in de-identified or aggregate form where permitted.

You represent that you have the rights necessary to grant this license and that your User Content does not violate law or third-party rights. We may remove content that violates these Terms or that we are required to remove by law.

Prohibited conduct

In addition to the Acceptable Use section, you must not use the Service to misrepresent your identity, impersonate others, submit fraudulent receipt numbers, harass support staff, or attempt to overload or damage our systems. We may investigate and cooperate with law enforcement regarding suspected violations.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service immediately if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, pose a security risk, or must comply with law. You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion as described in our product flows and Privacy Policy.

Provisions that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity, governing law, and dispute resolution) will survive termination.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CetePay, Inc. AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

QueueTip DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT IMMIGRATION OUTCOMES WILL BE FAVORABLE OR TIMELY. YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL CetePay, Inc. OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO CetePay, Inc. FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100) IF YOU HAVE NOT HAD PAYMENT OBLIGATIONS.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CetePay, Inc. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your User Content, your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of third-party rights or law.

Third-party services and links

The Service may link to or integrate with third-party websites, government portals (including USCIS case-status systems when you use case-tracking features), payment processors, authentication providers, or similar technical interfaces. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

Changes to the Service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service. We will provide reasonable notice where practicable and where required by law or contract (including for material changes that affect paid subscribers). We may make changes without prior notice when necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or urgent operational reasons. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms and update the Effective date. If a change is material, we may provide additional notice (such as email or in-product messaging) where required by law.

Your continued use of the Service after the Effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those Terms, except where applicable law requires a different process.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, excluding conflict-of-law rules that would require application of another jurisdiction’s laws, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply.

Dispute resolution and venue

You agree that exclusive jurisdiction and venue for disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will lie in the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware, except where applicable law requires a different forum or provides you a non-waivable right to bring claims in your home courts.

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at legal@queuetipapp.com to attempt informal resolution.

If you are a consumer, mandatory rights in your country or state of residence may apply in addition to or instead of certain provisions above, and some jurisdictions do not permit certain forum or limitation provisions to apply to consumers.
